For the first part of our 3-in-1 Escape, we have posted a video below which is the story behind a song that Henry Wadsworth Longfellow wrote – “I Heard the Bells On Christmas Day”.

It’s message is a very sobering and haunting rendition, as it gives way to the very Love, Mercy and Justice expected by God we are to show others. It’s also been said that Henry Wadsworth Longfellow was not only a poet but an abolitionist and used his works of poetry to speak against the injustice of slavery.
