In 2011, I collected several writings of my poems, and decided to self-publish my first Book, “The Trusting Time” A Collection of Christian Poetry.
Originally, I started this writing project never expecting to write more books later. However, God had other plans for me as it has become a wonderful go to book with 12 Chapters and makes the perfect reading choice for anyone who enjoys poetry and rhyme.

The Trusting Time
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6
Every season in the weather as well as the different seasons of our lives, we are not exempt from difficult times in our life – and if we are going to get through them we must Trust the Lord with all our heart.
I can attest that Trusting God (although not easy at times) is necessary as the theme of Trust and Time have kept me within the Holy boundaries and have helped my walk and relationship with JESUS! I have also discovered that this is true of reading and studying God’s Word. Just over this month and recently within the last few weeks, I have quietly celebrated because I completed my reading of the Bible for what I think is the 3rd or 4th time. What I learned is that Trust and Time go hand in hand and nothing can compare to knowing such an Awesome Timeless GOD!
Actually, when someone starts reading Genesis, it isn’t very long before that reader begins to pick up on how the themes of Trust and Time, point us to the ultimate Time Traveler – God’s Son, Jesus! He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, he has put eternity into man’s heart, yet so that he cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end. Ecclesiastes 3:11
For you see, the Bible is so much more than a helpful guide, as it not only details the greatest story ever told but for those who know Jesus, it becomes our Compass for life on earth when all other people and places fail us. Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God. Psalm 20:7
Therefore the beautiful scriptures that line each page, are not just words but rather essential Divine appointments that flow over to fill us with Eternal Hope, when we are riddled with anxiety and despair. You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you. Isaiah 26:3
There are sixty six books in the Bible, (ALL of which have been inspired by God) who are about humans like us that were not perfect yet, have experienced transformation by the Perfect One – God Himself, who took on flesh to dwell with us. And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:14
Furthermore, the Bible also mentions many who are firsthand witnesses have shared their story so we too can be directed, lifted up, experience worship and seek Salvation through Faith alone, in Christ alone.
Looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:2
My Sweet Friend, have YOU seen the correlation of Trusting God and His Holy Timing lately? If YOU find YOURSELF in a uncertain season, then Trust the Lord for HIS Time Sensitive Messages as He helps YOU navigate through this world? Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is. Ephesians 5:15-17
In the meantime, since the Season of Peace, Hope and Joy is upon us – here is A Christmas Encouragement for YOU!
JESUS is the One who offers Love, Joy and Hope…
He is only a prayer away from a world that cannot cope.
He offers us redemption to free us from our sin,
A True Reflection of Christmas and Peace, Goodwill to men.
So it my prayer for you…and I hope that you will see,
CHRISTMAS is a SAVIOR… sent for you and me.
