Are You In Need of God's Strength?

It is God who arms me with strength and makes my way perfect. (Psalm 18:32)

Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O you gates; lift them up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in. Who is he, this King of glory? The LORD Almighty-- he is the King of glory. (Psalm 24:8-10)

Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD. (Psalm 27:14)

Splendor and majesty are before him; strength and glory are in his sanctuary. (Psalm 96:6)

My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. (Psalm 73:26)

Look to the LORD and his strength; seek his face always. (Psalm 105:4)

The LORD is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation. (Psalm 118:14)

The name of the LORD is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe. (Proverbs 18:10)

Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. (Isaiah 40:28-31)

He will keep you strong to the end, so that you will be blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. God, who has called you into fellowship with his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, is faithful. (I Corinthians 1:8-9)

Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be men of courage; be strong. (I Corinthians 16:13)

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be allert and always keep on praying for all the saints. (Ephesians 6:10-18)

I can do everything through him who gives me strength. (Philippians 4:13)
